What is the plan for the days leading up to the wedding?

Answer

Luke and Madison will be arriving in Edinburgh Friday, July 31st and staying in the city until the afternoon of Sunday August 2nd. They will then travel to Aberdeen Sunday afternoon and leave for Cluny Castle on Tuesday August 4th.

How do we travel from Edinburgh to Aberdeen?

Answer

Everyone is free to book their own travel accommodations between Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Whether it's renting a car, buying a train ticket, or booking a flight, all guests are welcome to travel separately or coordinate travel accommodations together (As long as everyone is there by Tuesday August 4th!). There also may be coach/bus renting options if multiple parties would like to all head to Aberdeen together Sunday afternoon!

Is there going to be a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes! Luke and Madison plan to have the rehearsal dinner on Tuesday August 4th! Attire: Dressy-Casual (think sundresses and blazers) *kilts acceptable if so inclined :)

Is there going to be Bachelorette or Bachelor activities?

Answer

Yes! While in Edinburgh on Saturday August 1st, Luke and Madison are planning on having two separate itineraries for the day, allowing guests to choose which activities they would like to take part in (no harsh splitting of guys and girls). Itineraries will allow for merging or separating of the groups for meals/snacks Guests are more than welcome to come and go as they please, or branch off to explore Edinburgh on their own!

Are we all expected to stay with the bridal party throughout the trip?

Answer

Not at all! Luke and Madison want this to be a fun experience for everyone! Please feel free to make alternative plans, stay in different locations, and explore at your own pace!
