What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. We look forward to seeing everyone all dressed up!

Question

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO/FROM THE HOTEL VENUE?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle from hotel to ceremony and back will be provided. The church is 9 minutes away from the venue. Driving and/or taking Uber to the wedding ceremony is also suggested as bus transportation is limited. We anticipate traffic because of the convention center and Tampa Bay Lightning home game. Buses will arrive at both Tampa Marriott and Westin hotel at 2:15pm. All guests staying at the Westin will need to board at 2:30pm so that it can swing by Tampa Marriott and pick up more guests. Tampa Marriott guests can board 2:30-2:45pm. Both buses will leave Tampa Marriott by 2:45pm.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE CHURCH AND HOTEL VENUE?

Answer

Yes and yes. There is parking in the lot across from the church and the hotel offers valet parking only.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CHURCH?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm so we ask that everyone please arrive by 3:15 the latest to take your seats.

IS THERE TIME IN BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony ends at 4:30pm and cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. While the newlyweds and bridal party take photos, please make your way back to the hotel. Feel free to grab a drink at the hotel bar or freshen up before cocktail hour. If you booked a stay on the night of the wedding, please take this time to check into your room. Check in is at 4:00pm and we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before then. Please plan accordingly.

IS THERE A REHEARSAL DINNER THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Answer

No. The bride and groom opted for a private rehearsal dinner with their immediate family two nights before the wedding. Please spend Friday evening as you wish! The bride and groom will have a private dinner the night before their wedding, but chances are you can find them at the hotel bar after for a nightcap.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget, so we will only be able to accommodate for those listed on your invitation.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

Yes, let the celebrating continue! Please join the newlyweds at American Social Bar & Kitchen once the reception has ended. There is a private area reserved for the after party and is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If you wish to drive, valet parking (when available) is $15 per vehicle. Please note, this pricing is subject to change.
