Please send in your RSVP no later than August 9th.
The weather in Utah in the fall is typically around 65-75 degrees during the day. It stays a little cooler in the mountains as you go up in elevation. When the sun sets the temperature drops because there is very little humidity, it will be around 35-45 degrees. That being said, the weather can be variable and we can get a cold snap. You should check the weather a few days out but we recommend bringing long pants and a light jacket/long sleeves. If you are hiking, bring shoes with good traction as the trails are rocky and dry.
We know a guest's worst nightmare is accidentally matching the bridal party... but don't worry we're not to concerned with what you wear. We just want everyone to come and have a great time! Our wedding colors are navy, burgundy, and gold.
Due to necessity rather than choice, we are only able to accommodate children of family members. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!
We're so excited to celebrate this day with all our nearest and dearest family and friends, so we ask that you only bring a date if your invitation states "and guest".
We are registered at various stores, but what we want more than anything is to see your smiling face on our wedding day! We have compiled all of our registries onto our Zola website for easy viewing.
You can find all hotel recommendations and discounts on the travel page of our website.
Please plan to arrive ~30 minutes prior to the ceremony to say hello to other guests, grab a drink, and get a good seat for the big event!
Yes, for those who are not staying onsite or just coming up for the reception there is parking onsite at Solitude Mountain Resort at both Entry 1 and 2. The wedding will be taking place at Entry 2, but there is shuttle service between Entry 1 and 2 if the closer lot is full.
Not particularly... we recommend semi-formal/cocktail attire but just ask for no jeans =)
When you RSVP if the event involves food you will be able to notate any allergies you have. We cannot handle special requests but will ensure any allergies are accommodated with an appropriate substitution.
If you are staying onsite at Solitude no transportation will be needed as all events are onsite and within a 5-minute walk from any Solitude lodging/anywhere in the village. So we highly recommend staying onsite! Should you need any special assistance getting around while onsite please let us know when you RSVP and we will be happy to make special arrangements for you.
