We're tying the knot!

In October of 2018 Heidi & Luke began leading a Lifegroup together at church and they became close friends. A few months later they started to develop feelings for each other, yet Heidi made it very clear that she strictly wanted to focus on bettering herself during this time and stay friends. Despite Luke's many objections, little did they know this was the best thing for them, because it caused them to become best friends before they ever started dating. In March of 2019 they both realized that they could not stay friends anymore, they either had to cut ties, or start dating. After talking to their mentors and closest friends, they decided that they were in a good place to give the dating thing a try. But, Heidi told Luke that she wanted to wait after the quarter that she was starting in school, because she knew it was going to be a hard one. But Luke of course had other plans. The next day, he planted a big ole kiss on her lips and they started dating, on March 24th. They then proceeded to meet each other's families and friends, went on many adventures, laughed together, and made so many memories. January 11th, 2020, came and Heidi woke up thinking that they were finally going to go back to San Simeon, the place where they had their first date, just to go hiking. Little did she know Luke had a surprise for her. They hiked out to the beautiful cove, and as they were looking out on the ocean, Luke got down on one knee and pulled out a beautiful ring. Luke told Heidi that he wanted to spend the rest of his life running after God with her, serving her, making every decision with her, and loving her. Of course Heidi was beyond excited and said YES! They would like to invite you all to come along side them, as you have watched them become the couple they are today, and help them tie the knot, and say I do!
