When should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP on this very website. Please RSVP by 1st May 2026.

Question

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

We understand things come up. Please email us right away at luke-harriet@outlook.com so we can make changes and let the venue know.

Question

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at luke-harriet@outlook.com

Where are the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Shack Revolution, Hereford.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is completely accessible. Staff at the venue will be aware of those with accessibility needs and available to assist on the day.

Where should I park?

Answer

Unfortunately we are limited on parking at the venue. However, there are multiple local car parks available nearby. For those travelling by car we recommend Garrick Multi Storey Car Park, a five minute walk from the menu. If you have accessibility needs please let us know so we can discuss this with the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes - please see the travel page. We will be staying at the Green Dragon Hotel, Hereford. Use code "Luke and Harriet" for 10% off B&B rates.

What if I have an allergy or dietary requirement?

Answer

Our caterer can accommodate any allergies and most dietary requests. Please include your allergy or dietary requirements in your RSVP so that we can share this with the caterer. We will not be able to accommodate undeclared dietary requirements on the big day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity we are not allowing plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is it alright to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

As wonderful as your camera skills may be, we would really love if the photos of our ceremony are taken by our photographer. We also really do not want to see your phone in our photos! Anyone taking photos during the ceremony will get a stern telling off from the bride. Once the ceremony is over we encourage you to take photos and to share these with us.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

There will definitely be an interpretation of it, most likely from the groom... Please bring comfy shoes to boogey all night long.
