We met many moons ago, through a mutual friend (Groomsman Jay). Luke and I had hung out occasionally in a group setting. Years went by and another mutual friend (Best Man Chevon) started planning gatherings that connected Luke & me. In the summer of 2013, we hung out a few times, as friends. Then September came, Luke was invited to my birthday and didn't show. The next time I saw him, I told him he owed me for missing my birthday party. We set up a time to hang out at our local hang out for some drinks. I had actually had a blind date lined up that evening. While Luke and I were hanging out the blind date was canceled. I looked at Luke and said, " my date was canceled, looks like we have all night". He and I hung out all night going to different bars and restaurants. We talked for hours, about everything. After that night, we didn't miss one day together. We actually didn't become an official couple until November but we both knew from day one where this was heading.
