Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available on Broad & Locust, under the awning of the Standing O Bistro, connected to the DoubleTree Hotel. There will be signage at the corner of Broad & Locust to guide where to turn, with more signs under the awning to indicate the start of the valet line. The valet team will be stationed along the block to assist with retrieving your car. DO NOT use the valet at the Cambria Hotel, located next to The Lucy, for the wedding unless you want to pay for their valet team to park your vehicle. Take advantage of the complimentary valet team available for our wedding!

What is Black-Tie optional attire?

Elegant & fancy, without pressure! Tuxedos welcome, formal suits and gowns encouraged.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. The Lucy will open the doors for guests beginning at 4PM.

Kindly reply by July 10 using the QR code or our wedding website provided within your invitation.

Is there transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing transportation via the Cescaphe Trolley from both The W Hotel & Element Hotel. Please check back for the trolley schedule. Additionally, Philly has plenty of Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis if you'd prefer to find your own ride to The Lucy from any of the surrounding hotels.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

Answer

Under our Travel tab on the wedding website we have recommended and reserved room blocks with special rates from The W Hotel, Element Hotel, and The Cambria Hotel. You can book directly through the link or call the hotel and mention Merlino-Pukanecz wedding. Please book your stay by July 9!
