Yes! Mass is very important for Catholics, and especially the receiving of the Eucharist at Holy Communion. If you are not a practicing Catholic in the state of grace, please refrain from receiving the Eucharist during the wedding Mass. We, as well as the Catholic Church as a whole, are so delighted you came to share in our day. If you would like to stand in the line to receive a blessing please do so with your arms crossed in an X shape on your chest. This will signal to the priest to give you a blessing instead of the Eucharist! Or, you may remain in your pew during Communion!
Sunday Mass attire is requested for Mass and the reception. Please refrain from shorts and low-cut or short dresses. The colors of the reception are light sage green, blue, pink and brown. We hope this helps your shopping endeavors :) We can't wait to see your beautiful outfits!
