FAQs
IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED? Yes, there is a 3-night minimum. WHAT DATES SHOULD WE PLAN AROUND? Luke and Edwin will be at the hotel from Wednesday, Oct 22 to Monday, Oct 27. Formal events will be on Friday, Oct 24 and Saturday, Oct 25. If you're staying 3 nights, we suggest Thursday-Sunday, but feel free to arrive earlier or stay longer! HOW ARE THE RATES ON THE BOOKING PAGE DISPLAYED? The rates shown are the per person rate for 3-nights (assuming double occupancy). Note, as the hotel rates are based on a per person structure, this allows solo travelers to stay in a room without other guests for a reasonable rate. Though, staying with 1 or 2 other guests will be the cheapest options. Example: Lush Garden Room - Single: $364 / night - Double: $311 / night - Triple: $301 / night DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ROOM IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? Nope! Only a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand this is a significant financial commitment and want to ensure our guests have flexibility around payments. The full balance will be due 8/1/25. ARE WE REQUIRED TO BOOK THE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION AS PART OF OUR HOTEL RESERVATION? Nope! No need to book the airport transportation shown during the booking process if you’d prefer to set up your own accommodations (or use Uber / Taxis). ARE WE ALLOWED TO STAY SOMEWHERE BESIDES THE HOTEL? We highly recommend staying at the hotel to ensure you can take advantage of all of the amazing amenities it has to offer, as well as to spend time with other guests. Though, we understand there may be cases where folks have individual needs around staying elsewhere. ¿HAY UNA ESTANCIA MÍNIMA REQUERIDA? Sí, se requiere una estancia mínima de 3 noches. ¿QUÉ FECHAS DEBERÍAMOS PLANEAR? Luke y Edwin estarán en el hotel desde el miércoles 22 de octubre hasta el lunes 27 de octubre. Los eventos formales serán el viernes 24 de octubre y el sábado 25 de octubre. Si planeas quedarte 3 noches, sugerimos de jueves a domingo, ¡pero siéntete libre de llegar antes o quedarte más tiempo! ¿CÓMO SE MUESTRAN LAS TARIFAS EN LA PÁGINA DE RESERVAS? Las tarifas mostradas son por persona para una estancia de 3 noches (asumiendo ocupación doble). Nota: ya que las tarifas del hotel se basan en una estructura por persona, esto permite que viajeros solos se queden en una habitación sin otros huéspedes a una tarifa razonable. Aunque, quedarse con 1 o 2 huéspedes adicionales será la opción más económica. Ejemplo: Habitación Jardín Exuberante - Individual: $364 / noche - Doble: $311 / noche - Triple: $301 / noche. ¿NECESITO PAGAR MI HABITACIÓN COMPLETA EN EL MOMENTO DE LA RESERVA? ¡No! Solo se requiere un depósito de $100 en el momento de la reserva. Entendemos que esto es un compromiso financiero significativo y queremos asegurar que nuestros invitados tengan flexibilidad con los pagos. El saldo completo vencerá el 1/8/25. ¿ESTAMOS OBLIGADOS A RESERVAR EL TRANSPORTE DESDE EL AEROPUERTO COMO PARTE DE NUESTRA RESERVA DE HOTEL? ¡No! No es necesario reservar el transporte desde el aeropuerto que aparece durante el proceso de reserva si prefieres organizar tu propio transporte (o usar Uber / Taxis). ¿PODEMOS ALOJARNOS EN OTRO LUGAR QUE NO SEA EL HOTEL? Recomendamos encarecidamente hospedarse en el hotel para que puedan aprovechar todas las increíbles comodidades que ofrece, así como para pasar tiempo con otros invitados. Sin embargo, entendemos que puede haber casos en los que algunas personas tengan necesidades específicas para alojarse en otro lugar.
