When is the RSVP deadline?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:50pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm & we have a strict schedule that we need to stick to.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only & we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes/suits and gowns are preferred, but not required. Please refrain from wearing white. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue!

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you respect our wishes and refrain from taking pictures and videos at our ceremony. We will have two photographers and a videographer and will be happy to share any ceremony memories once we've receive them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP you will be asked about any allergies / dietary restrictions. RSVP as soon as possible so we can alert our caterer about any necessary menu changes.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! we have hotel block at the Hyatt Place Flushing / La Guardia Airport hotel. When reserving your room please use (G-CLLC). This is to ensure that you receive the best rate for your room & to be sure that you receive any welcome information & goodies that'll come with your reservation. Please be advised that there is a limited amount of reserved rooms under these blocks & are available on a first come first serve basis.

What should I do if I am unable to attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
