3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle will be available to pick up guests at the hotels around 3pm to bring them to the ceremony. Guests will be brought back to the hotels at the end of the evening. Multiple trips are unable to be made. If you wish to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotels, you may leave your car overnight at the venue.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes early.
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Cocktail hour will begin around 4:30pm with dinner beginning at 6pm.
