Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking available directly at the ceremony site. All guests must take a round-trip shuttle to the ceremony. Paid parking is available at the Maroon Bells Welcome Center, where you’ll board the shuttle. No parking reservation is required for the garage. After the ceremony, dinner and drinks will be at The Highlands Alehouse, which is within walking distance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00PM. All guests must take a round-trip shuttle to the ceremony. To do so, please purchase a shuttle ticket at: https://tinyurl.com/shuttlebusreservations and select August 21, 2025, at 2:20 PM as your departure time. Please arrive at the Maroon Bells Welcome Center to board the shuttle by 1:50 PM.

Am I able to fly?

Answer

As a reminder, the REAL ID will be required for all domestic air travel starting May 7, 2025. If you plan to fly to Aspen, please ensure your ID is REAL ID-compliant. You can identify a REAL ID by the star symbol on your driver's license or state-issued ID. If your ID does not have this, you will need to update it before your trip. Alternatively, a valid passport can be used in lieu of a REAL ID.
