We're getting married!

We met through a mutual friend back in middle school. From the day we got each other's numbers, we have talked to each other ~almost~ every single day. I would LOVE to get back our first few conversations over text. I am sure the conversations were filled with awkwardness and subtle flirting. Next came high school. Over the next four years, our friendship was built through this text thread. We shared friends, we hung out in social settings here and there, we would make eye contact at football games, but it was purely ~platonic~, so we both say. When I moved to Bowling Green for college, we both agreed to become pen pals. Yes, you heard me right. We hand wrote letters back and forth to each other my whole first year of college. Our friendship continued over the course of the next few years. Through the good times, the bad times, the FaceTime calls, the trips home, our friendship was constant. After graduation, I took my dream job at Bullitt East High School. The same high school we both graduated from in the same city as Luke Allen. We started dating in October of 2021 and have quite literally been inseparable since. Our love story is built on a friendship that has been through a lot of trials and tribulations. But it is ours and it is my favorite.
