Where should we go before the ceremony?

Answer

Please make your way to the Pilsner Pad before the ceremony to enjoy light refreshments. Please be there before 3:40 pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:40 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Wear proper attire for the outdoor ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket starting at 3:00 pm. The last shuttle will leave by 3:30 pm.

Can I bring a guest that’s not on my invite?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with our closest friends and family, and we’ve chosen to keep things as intimate and meaningful as possible. Even if someone in your party isn’t able to attend, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation join us. Thank you so much for understanding!
