When are RSVP’s due by?

Is there a shuttle to the Sanctuary Event Center?

Answer

If you are staying at the Clubhouse Hotel and Suites, then yes. If you have made arrangements to stay elsewhere, you will need to find your own transportation. The good news is that we do have a hotel block at the Jasper Hotel in downtown Fargo, which is a short walk to the venue! We have included two other hotels on our web site that are also close to the venue. Please see the "Accommodation" tab for that information.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites and the Jasper Hotel. For more information, see the "Accommodations" tab. Note: The hotel blocks are only honored until September 27, 2023. If you book your hotel stay after that date, we cannot guarantee the lower block rate.

What's the dress code?

Semi-formal, please. Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory colors.

Are children invited?

We love all your little ones! However, we respectfully request you only bring children that are included on your invitation. Thank you!

Can I bring guests or a +1?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available in the parking lot behind the building and on the street.

What beverages will be provided?

Answer

There will be beer and wine hosted for a period of time during the reception, and once those hosted items are gone it will be a cash bar. There will also be a cash bar available for liquor. Pop will be available for purchase, and water will be available at no cost.
