Please add your food choices in the Dietary requirements page. Just labelling Option 1 or 2 for starter, main and dessert is fine. Please specify which guest would like which option please. Starter option 1- Confit pork belly, baked apple puree, pickled cabbage, crackling. Starter option 2- Duck liver & port parfait, caramelised onion chutney, treacle, fennel croute. Main option 1- Roast Waterford Farm beef sirloin, yorkshire pudding, chateaux potatoes. Main option 2- Yorkshire chicken breast, confit leek, smoked bacon, mushroom & tarragon sauce. Dessert option 1- Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, Madagascan vanilla ice cream. Dessert option 2- Madagascan vanilla & berry cheesecake, forest fruits sorbet.
