Luke and Allie met through mutual friends on a night out at their favorite bar at college, The Arena Honky Tonk & Sports Bar in Menomonie, WI. Allie and her friend Jenna met up with Justin and Luke and played a couple rounds of darts. The match was made!

Allie and Luke spent much time studying at the library, cooking meals together, and enjoying their last semester of college with friends. After graduating, Luke moved from Wisconsin to Minneapolis, Minnesota in February of 2023 with Allie not far behind him, moving into her apartment in June.

Luke and Allie made their relationship official.

Luke adopted a German Shepherd dog, named Sonny, March of 2023. Allie rescued Kit, a stray tuxedo cat, May of 2025. Both boys get along very well and are the best companions!

Luke proposed to Allie on Saturday February 28, 2026 at the Sunken Garden at the Como Conservatory in St. Paul, MN, a week before their three year anniversary.
