We have reserved 10 rooms for Thursday night (10.17.24) and 20 rooms for Friday night (10.18.24). The cutoff date for our group rate is 9.16.24. Check-in time is 3pm Rooms made through third-party sites (Expedia, Priceline, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc.) or Hilton Reward Stays/Advance Purchases will NOT be included in the group, and cannot receive the group rate or priority assignment/check-in. The group rate is not available through these sites and is often non-refundable.

If you are utilizing the reservation link, and you are staying Thursday night, the rate quoted will be shown as the average rate between the nights staying. Because Thursday night is at a lower rate than Friday, this will change the rate that is shown. The actual rates charged will be as noted below.
