August 20th, 2023! Per Liberty Travel - "Guest's failure to make final payment by August 21, 2023 on any room will result in cancellation of that room."
Per Liberty Travel - from now until August 20, 2023, any passenger cancellation will result in the loss of the initial $150 per person Liberty Travel deposit and $100 hotel deposit, and any airline deposits if applicable.

For Ladies: Long pants, capri pants, dress, skirt and blouse For Gentlemen: Long pants, dress shorts, and dress shirt or polo shirt Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and beach sandals or flip flops are not allowed *Please also check their website for specific restaurant dress codes*
Liberty Travel offers a group rate for any 10+ people flying the same date, time, airline, and airport. Right now, that looks to be only November 9-13th from Philadelphia. (If you are in this group, please reach out to Luke or Lindsay directly regarding this) Pricing for airfare is subject to availability until ticketed and paid in full. So what is quoted today could be the same next week or a month from now or could be different. Payment would need to be made right then. Basically - if you are the in the 10+ party for the group rate, you ALL need to be ready to pay at that time and if not, the price could change. Airlines do not notify travel agents if and when pricing drops. Even the employees of the airlines don’t know. It’s all based on availability so unless Liberty checks every day, all day we won’t know if it drops.
You can start now! If you would like to book with Liberty Travel, they do not sell Spirit or Frontier Airlines tickets so if any guest wants to book with one of those carriers they will need to book on their own direct with the airline.
When LT sells airline tickets, it’s in Main Cabin Economy, which gives the flier a carry-on, personal item and the option to pick from a selection of complimentary seats and gives them a boarding group. While booking online through the airlines or a third party site like Expedia, they offer Basic Economy fares which don’t allow for a seat assignment (assigned at time of check-in or day of travel or for an extra fee), only a personal item (no carry-on or for an extra fee), no changes allowed to the ticket and last boarding group since you won’t be needing overhead bin space.
We think that it will probably be easier for everyone to keep an eye on your travel dates and book accordingly on whatever airline and airport works for you. We are traveling 11/8-11/16 and have booked the following American Airlines flight: Depart Nov 8 PHL 8:20AM ... Arrive PUJ 1:10PM Depart Nov 16 PUJ 2:20PM ... Arrive PHL 5:14PM
If you had purchased the round trip shuttle via Liberty (which we do recommend), please email your flight itinerary to customercare@libertytravel.com. Liberty did mention that 45-30 days prior to the trip, they will be asking for flight information if they don’t already have it and ask if anyone wants to add transportation to their booking if they haven’t already as well. If a flight time changes by 1-20 minutes we don’t need to be notified, but if the flight number changes we need to be made aware as the transfer company checks the status of incoming flights by the flight number.
