To help us celebrate at our beautiful venue, The Fives asks that at least 80% of our guests stay on-site for a minimum of three nights. Guests who choose to stay off-site will be required to pay a $75 fee to attend events on our wedding day (this fee goes directly to the hotel and not toward our wedding festivities). At this time, the limited number of off-site guest passes has been filled. To attend the wedding events, guests will need to reserve accommodations through our room block. We completely understand this may be inconvenient, but this requirement is set by the hotel and is unfortunately outside of our control. Guests who book accommodations outside of the room block may not be permitted access to the property on the wedding day. Thank you so much for your understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you! We’ve secured a special booking link with discounted group rates just for our guests. These rates are all-inclusive and cover food, drinks, and house beer, wine, and liquor throughout your stay. Please note that these special rates are only available when booking through the link provided. Rooms at The Fives tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to lock in your preferred room type. Our room block has limited availability, but we’ll happily work with the hotel to add more rooms if needed. Please also note that rooms must be paid in full no later than two months before the wedding date. Flight
The closest airport to our wedding venue is Cancun International Airport (CUN). The hotel is located about a 45-minute drive from the airport, so we recommend booking a rental car or arranging transportation in advance for a smooth and easy arrival.
