What’s the dress code?

Our wedding will be cocktail attire. Think suits or sport jackets for men and cocktail dresses for women.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 5 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time to park and get settled. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve reserved a specific number of seats, so we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be adults-only, with the exception of our niece and nephew as the flower girl and ring bearer.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Blue Mountain Vineyards. The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

You’re welcome to drive and park, but cars cannot stay overnight. Complimentary shuttles will run between the Holiday Inn and the venue before and after the wedding. Let us know if you’d like to ride the shuttle so we can save you a spot.

When do the shuttles leave and return?

Answer

Shuttles will run from the Holiday Inn Express to Blue Mountain Vineyards in waves between 3:50–4:40 PM. Return shuttles will begin with an early return window from 8:30–9:40 PM, with a final departure at 10:00 PM after the reception ends.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so please put phones and cameras away once it starts. We just want everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographer will capture all the special moments and we’ll share the photos with you.

Question

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we don’t get your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll have to mark you as “no.” We’ll miss celebrating with you, but this helps us give our vendors an accurate guest count.
