Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford

At this time, our room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsford, NY has been filled. Due to hotel capacity, we are unable to open more rooms. Guests are still able to make reservations here, they will just not receive the discounted rate. Reservations can be made through the booking link below or by calling the hotel directly at 585-248-9000 (ext 0). The bride and groom will be staying at the Hilton, as well as hosting a small after party in their suite that all guests are welcome to attend. Of note, this hotel is a 10-15 minute drive to the wedding venue. Please see below for information on shuttle service that will be provided to and from the hotel. Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Hampton Inn in Victor, NY. Reservations can be made through the booking link below or by calling the hotel directly at 585-924-4400. Please make sure to mention that you are booking rooms for the Mapes/Blain Wedding in order to receive your discounted rate. Be sure to book your room by August 19th, 2026 in order to receive the discount and be included in the room block. This hotel is approximately a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue. Shuttle service will be provided to and from this hotel.

September 19, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm

A shuttle will be running prior to our ceremony from both hotels listed above to Ravenwood. First pick up will be at 3:00pm. If arriving prior to 3:30, guests are welcome to spend time inside the golf course bar, 929 Bar & Grill. Starting at 10:00pm, a shuttle will be running to take guests from Ravenwood back to the hotels.
