Shuttle Service
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

For those staying in Grass Valley, and don't wish to drive, there will be a shuttle service provided to take guests to the venue in Nevada City at Miners Foundry. If you choose to drive, there is private parking at the venue for our guests. The first shuttle will depart from the Gold Miners Inn at 2:10pm and arrive at Miners Foundry (Nevada City) at 2:20pm, giving you time to explore downtown Nevada City for about 40 minutes if you please. The second shuttle will depart from the Gold Miners Inn at at 2:50pm, arriving at Miners Foundry at 3:00pm, just in time to grab some cider, meet the other guests, and then quickly find your seat before the big show!
Ceremony + Reception
3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Semi formal and festive! Think rich hues, velvets, sparkles, and your finest furs...!
Ceremony will start at 3:30pm (but please arrive before 3:15pm). The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour where drinks and light bites will be served. The majority of food items will be gluten free, but dinner will be family style so please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have which we will do our best to honor. After toasts are made and our bellies are full, we shall dance :)
Shuttle Service & Grass Valley Nightcap
10:30 pm - 11:30 pm
There will be shuttles at the end of the night to take guests back to Grass Valley where the majority of people are staying and where the bride & groom will grab a late night drink (or soda water..!) with any guests who wish to continue the festivities! For those that are driving to the venue and staying in Grass Valley, it should be noted that you can still take the shuttle back with the rest of the guests if you are not able to drive - the venue disclosed that you may leave your car there overnight if you need, and pick it up in the morning.
