When can we check in?

Hotel check-in is available from 1:00 PM onwards. You’re welcome to arrive early, check into your room, and get ready before the celebration begins.

Is accommodation included?

Yes, the overnight stay at the hotel is included for the night of the wedding. To help us coordinate room arrangements, please confirm your attendance and accommodation needs in your RSVP. If you are planning to stay additional nights, please also include the dates there.

Sufficient free parking is available directly at Hotel Mainpromenade in Karlstadt, our wedding venue.

What’s the weather like in September?

Answer

Early autumn in Bavaria can be mild but cool in the evening. A light jacket is recommended.

Will there be transportation between locations?

Answer

There will be no official shuttle service. If you require transportation from the civil ceremony to the wedding venue, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with guests who have available car seats.
