Who can I bring?

Answer

Due to our restricted venue space and out of respect to budgetary limitations, only the names listed on the invitation have been accommodated for. Our venue also has a restriction that no children will be permitted at our event. Thank you for understanding and keeping the party intimate!

Question

Why should I stay at the Fairfield Inn?

Answer

For guests staying at the Fairfield, we will have transportation and a hospitality suite available for just our group. We plan to provide a light lunch on Saturday the 28th and welcome snacks in the afternoon of Friday the 27th. The suite will also be available as a private breakfast room for our guests staying at the hotel. We will also be staying there and would love to catch some extra time with you! We recommend booking ASAP to secure your spot.

Can I park at the Tate House?

Answer

Yes, the Tate House offers a spacious parking lot immediately next to the ceremony pavilion and reception space. The address for the Tate House is 61 Georgia Marble Rd, Tate, GA 30177. For those staying at the Fairfield Inn or in other Canton area accommodations, shuttles will be offered to and from the Tate House.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail hour or Sunday best attire that evening. Please no jeans or shorts and we ask that you kindly avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white or cream.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning we are asking that all cell phones and devices are put away and remain on silent. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most anticipated moments of our lives and it would be unfortunate to see a well-meaning guest's device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like! Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The cocktail hour and reception will have an open bar serving a selection of beer and wine. Please be aware of your tolerance levels as the staff is under strict compliance to monitor service for anyone who becomes excessively inebriated.

Wen kann ich mitbringen?

Answer

Aufgrund der begrenzten Räumlichkeiten und aus Kostengründen können nur die auf der Einladung aufgeführten Namen berücksichtigt werden. Unser Veranstaltungsort hat auch die Einschränkung, dass keine Kinder bei unserer Veranstaltung zugelassen sind. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis und dafür, dass die Party im kleinen Kreis stattfindet!

Warum sollte ich im Fairfield Inn übernachten?

Answer

Hotelgästen steht ein Shuttle Service zum Tate House und eine eigens für unsere Gäste arrangierte Lounge zur Verfügung. Die Lounge ist von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Damit alle gestärkt zur Hochzeit kommen, organisieren wir am Samstag ein kleines Mittagessen in der Lounge. Freitags gibt es Snacks. Um mehr Zeit mit unseren Gästen zu verbringen, haben wir auch bereits unsere Zimmer gebucht! Leider ist die Zahl der Zimmer begrenzt. Bucht euer Zimmer so bald wie möglich um unseren Discount zu erhalten.

Kann ich am Tate House parken?

Answer

Ja! Das Tate House hat einen großen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hochzeitspavillion. Für unsere Hotelgäste steht ein Reisebus als Shuttle zur Verfügung. Tate House, 61 Georgia Marble Rd, Tate, GA 30177.

Gibt es eine Kleiderordnung?

Answer

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie sich mit uns schick machen! Wir bitten Sie, an diesem Abend zur Cocktailstunde oder am Sonntag die beste Kleidung zu tragen. Bitte keine Jeans oder Shorts, und wir bitten Sie, Farben zu vermeiden, die traditionell der Braut vorbehalten sind, wie Weiß oder Creme.

Kann ich Fotos machen?

Answer

Wir werden eine "unplugged"-Zeremonie abhalten, d.h. wir bitten darum, alle Handys und Geräte wegzulegen und auf lautlos zu stellen. Wir haben einen professionellen Fotografen und Videofilmer engagiert, um einen der am meisten erwarteten Momente unseres Lebens festzuhalten, und es wäre bedauerlich, wenn das Gerät eines wohlmeinenden Gastes diesen Moment für ihn blockieren würde. Nach der Zeremonie können Sie so viele Fotos machen, wie Sie möchten! Wir danken Ihnen!

Gibt es Alkohol?

Answer

Auf Grund von lokalen Richtlinien, gibt es bei der Hochzeit nur Bier und Wein. Die Bar öffnet direkt im Anschluss zur Trauung und steht allen Gästen ab 21 Jahren frei zur Verfügung.
