Villa Scarpariello Relais is strategically located by the sea and it's the perfect base from where you can easily visit all the wonders of the Amalfi Coast. Famous towns such as Minori, Atrani, Ravello and Amalfi can be reached by walking along the picturesque coastal road. Although, we may recommend public transportation (bus or car service) at this time of year due to the warm weather. Unfortunately, hotel blocks are not very common in the Amalfi Coast. Villa Scarpariello has recommended Hotel Marmarata as a nearby hotel. The neighboring towns are Minori, Atrani, and Amalfi, which are closest to Villa Scarpariello. The actual town of Ravello, is further up the mountain. These are some hotels nearby but please feel free to book wherever you feel best suites your trip! You may find better prices through websites such as booking.com or Expedia. Air bnb may also be a better option for those traveling in groups. This hotel is near Villa Scarpariello. Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata is a former paper mill on a private cliff directly on the sea on the Amalfi Coast. It offers a hydromassage pool, and sea-view dining. Rooms at Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata are in marine style. Some rooms overlook the sea and some also have a spa bath.

Owned by the Palumbo family, offers to the guest the romantic atmosphere of the enchanting Ravello. It is in a central position, situated among Villa Rufolo, the main square and Villa Cimbrone. Wide parking and pool. We stayed here last summer and loved it. It is a quaint hotel located near the main piazza in Ravello. This is further up the mountain. The best way to reach Villa Scarpariello would be by bus or car.

Naples/Rome

Naples airport (NAP) is the nearest airport. It is well connected to many national and international cities. The best way to get to the Villa Scarpariello Relais is by taxi. From the airport you can take the bus to Sorrento-Amalfi. When you stop at Amalfi, take the bus to Salerno: your stop is Sgrosso/Scarpariello, the next stop after the Castiglione di Ravello stop. The Villa is just in front of you when you arrive. Rome (FCO) is the second closest airport. You can then take the train into Naples from there, which is about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The best way to get to the Villa Scarpariello Relais from Naples train station is by taxi. Naples train station (Napoli Centrale) is 70 km away, approximately 75 minutes drive. If you are flying in from Rome, you can take the train from Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale. service/taxi is the best way to arrive from Naples. Trenitalia linked below. Please let us know if you would like us to set up a car service from the train station. By Sita bus: Sita Bus is a public company that runs along the Amalfi Coast and connects the Amalfi Coast with Salerno, Naples and Sorrento. You can buy tickets in shops or tobacconists along the Amalfi Coast. Once on the bus, validate your ticket and ask to stop at the Sgrosso/Scarpariello stop (next to the villa's entrance).

By car from Naples: follow the signs to the A3 Salerno and take this direction. Exit at Vietri sul Mare and follow the S.S 163 coastal road directions to Amalfi. At 1km before Amalfi on the left, you will see the Villa Scarpariello Relais. Traveling time from Naples: one and a half hours. By car from Rome: follow the directions to the A3 motorway and Salerno. On the A3 take the junction marked Vietri sul Mare and follow the signs to Amalfi. 1Km before Amalfi, you will see Villa Scarpariello Relais on the left.
