If you are traveling from outside Colombia, make sure to have visible your COVID travel documentation and return flight when boarding to avoid having any trouble entering Colombia. From the airport, selected hotel are approximately 30 minutes by car. Ask your hotel for transportation options or grab a cab outside the airport.

Taxis are the best way to move around. Better avoid taking a random one in the street to avoid being scammed, make sure you agree on the price before getting on the taxi. Please ask on the front desk of hotels and restaurants to help you arrange transportation when needed. Taxis WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH, there is NO Uber or Bolt available. If you would like to rent a car to explore Santa Marta, you can check out LOCALIZA Car Rental. Your Google Maps or Waze will work just fine. We really don't recommend driving in Colombia as traffic is heavy, there are hundreds of motorcycles and people don't tend to follow the rules. Please remember shuttles will be provided to/from the Welcome Party and Wedding Day.
