Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available with limited spots at the top of the venue. Additional parking can be found in the cul-de-sac and at the bottom of the hill near the Family Medicine Specialists P.C. lot. Lucky for you, it's the same venue for both!

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request an adults-only reception to create an elegant evening where all our guests can fully relax and enjoy themselves. While we have young adults participating in special roles like a junior bridesmaid and ring bearer we kindly ask that children under a certain age not attend the reception.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire. Ladies, we recommend cocktail or midi dresses, while gentlemen can opt for suits with or without a tie. Given our outdoor venue, please consider the weather and choose comfortable shoes that will allow you to move and dance with ease.

We're embracing a natural, earthy color palette. Think warm, organic tones like soft browns, muted nudes, rich greens, gentle tans, and floral patterns that capture the beauty and serenity of the natural world.

Are there any colors to avoid?

We kindly ask that guests avoid bright and neon colors, as well as any shade of red. Additionally, please refrain from wearing sage green, which our bridesmaids will be wearing, or white, which is reserved for the bride. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in helping us create a cohesive look for our celebration!

We'll offer beer and wine to help everyone celebrate joyfully. Our goal is to create a festive and enjoyable atmosphere where everyone can relax and have a great time together.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving no later than 3:45 pm to ensure you have ample time to be seated comfortably before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Doors will open at 3:00 pm, and please note that once the ceremony commences, no additional guests will be permitted to enter.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, our registry is available on our Zola website for our Amazon Wishlist. While we appreciate traditional gifts, we would be especially grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund or home fund. Your support means the world to us as we begin our life together.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If it rains, our ceremony will be moved to an enclosed area, ensuring a beautiful and seamless celebration regardless of the weather.
