Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 2:30 to ensure parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted and gates will close. Gates will open up again once the ceremony is finished.
No children under 10 will be allowed during the ceremony, only with the exception of infants. While kids are welcome, we ask that they stay in the outdoor area we have reserved for them during the ceremony. We will also ask that they please stay in the children's area until after the intimate dances have been finished. We will provide lunchables, chips, snack, juice, and water. There will be entertainment provided with plenty of active games and activities, with a child care attendant in the area. We would love to have them join us afterwards for food and dancing!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our close family and friends, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. There will be no plus one accommodations.
There will not be an open bar. We choose to limit liability since we will be on someone else's property.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is formal. Black tie optional, but not required. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take that into consideration when choosing your heels! Cowboy hats and boots are more than welcome!
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing several shades of sage green.
