What day should I arrive

We recommend arriving on Thursday to enjoy the resort and avoid rushing to the Welcome Party.

I don't want to stay 3 nights, can I still use the room block rate?

Answer

The room block rates were negotiated for a 3 night minimum (maximum party time baked in). But you can always book directly with the hotel for a shorter stay.

I booked outside of the room block link but I want to use the airport shuttle service.

Call Sam or Luis.

What if I don't want to use the airport shuttle service through the booking link?

Answer

Totally fine, just plan ahead, there aren't taxi lines, but they do have private shuttle companies you can contract coming out of the airport.

What if I want to bring my kids?

Answer

This is unfortunately a 18+ adults only resort, you are more than welcome to book other accommodations. But the hotel where the wedding will be held does not allow children on property.

What if I want to stay longer than 3 night?

Answer

You can extend your stay using the booking link provided. The negotiated group rate applies to the three-night block, and any additional nights will be booked at the standard resort rate within the same reservation.

Do I need a Passport to go to Mexico

Answer

YES GET YOUR PASSPORT RIGHT NOW. Passports can take up to 6 months to renew, so go check your passport right now and renew if you need ASAP.
