We’re Getting Married!

It started with , “Wanna get a drink?”...At first I turned him down , then finally I said “okay”. He introduced himself as Luis but told me everyone called him Beto, instead I called him Lou. Our first date actually wasn’t so great lol but I loved how he tried. Weeks went by and our communication got stronger. Lou wrote me love letters, called every hour to check on me and always made sure I was the last voice he heard before he fell asleep. Who would’ve thought this man would be the one to steal my heart 💜

October 15th, 2016 2yrs in and I realized that I loved this girl with ALL my heart. She loved my kids just the same as I loved hers. I wanted us to be a family , I wanted her to be my wife. The funny part is , my proposal wasn’t traditional at all. One day we were talking about our life and things we wanted to accomplish. That’s when I mentioned marriage and asked would she like to marry me. At this point, I didn’t have a ring lol but surprisingly, she said YES. Who knew that the girl who said she never wanted to get married at 7yrs old would be saying “I do” on June 30th 2018. I am a lucky man
