Parking: Cabrillo National Monument charges a $20 vehicle entrance fee, carpooling is strongly encouraged. Drive through the toll booth, head to the main parking lots near the Visitor Center.
Walk to the Bluff: The Event Bluff is located a short 10-15 minute stunning walk up the hill from the visitor center. Bluff is located just north of the Old Point Loma Lighthouse on a dirt path.
