When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly—your early RSVP is a huge help! The final deadline to RSVP is November 1, 2025.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We understand not all our guests will be able to attend. If you are 100% sure you cannot make our wedding, we ask that you complete the RSVP as soon as possible or by November 1st, 2025.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Don't forget your passport. Please check that your passports are valid ahead of booking. If you do not have a passport, please note that it can take up to 6+ weeks to receive it after applying. The Mexican government only requires that your passport be valid during the entirety of your trip.

When should I arrive in Cabo?

Answer

The wedding is on Saturday, February 28th, 2026, but we have a welcome party planned for Friday, February 27th. It is encouraged to land on Thursday or any date before if you are planning on joining the welcome party.

What's the nearest airport?

Answer

We recommend guests fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). There are direct flights from ONT, LAX, and TJ.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We recommend booking a shuttle or private transfer in advance. We recommend using TransCabo. If booking through Costco Travel, transportation is often included in the packages they offer.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will be staying at Villa La Valencia Resort and Spa. You can stay at any hotel in Cabo, rent an Airbnb, or stay at the same hotel as the bride and groom. However, if you're staying elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to Villa La Valencia by 3:45 PM on the day of the wedding, where guests will be picked up for the celebration. More information can be seen in "Travel" section of the website.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

We will be getting married at a venue outside of the resorts. Transportation will be provided to the venue for all guests.

Is the venue indoor/outdoor and what is the weather like?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors. Los Cabos is absolutely beautiful in February! February generally experiences daily highs around 80°F (26.5°C) with low humidity.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and he will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos during cocktail hour and the dinner party!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests stick to the dress codes listed for each event. For the boat day, we would like all guests to arrive on the boat with all-white attire. For men: pants + collared shirts. For women: dresses, skirts, or pants.High heels are not permitted on the boat — we recommend comfortable, boat-friendly footwear. Although we’ll be in a tropical location, the wedding will not be on or near the beach, so please save casual resort wear for your free days. For the wedding day, we would love for our guests to arrive in cocktail formal attire; think elevated & polished. Women: A formal cocktail, midi or maxi dress! Gents: A suit, nice blazer, or a dress shirt with dress pants & shoes. A tie is preferred but not required!

Can I bring a guest?

We are excited to celebrate this day with only our nearest and dearest. We are only able to accomodate those guests invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invite when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

This wedding is primarily adults. However, if your child is specifically named on the invitation, they are welcome to attend. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening.

What should I know about the welcome boat party?

Answer

We’re excited to start the weekend with a boat party. Due to safety and capacity limits, only a limited number of guests aged 18+ can attend, with spots given on a first come, first served basis via RSVP. The party lasts about 3 hours on the water; if you’re prone to seasickness, we recommend sitting this one out. **Please note the dress code is all white attire & high heels are not permitted on the boat**

Will Maxi be attending the wedding?

Answer

She would steal the show, and we can't have that. However, pay attention to decor details, you might spot Maxi making an appearance.
