WHEN SHOULD I RSVP? ¿CUÁNDO DEBO CONFIRMAR MI ASISTENCIA (RSVP)?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before July 17th, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cut off dates. ¡Si puedes confirmar tu asistencia tan pronto como recibas tu invitación, sería de gran ayuda! Te pedimos que confirmes antes del 17 de julio de 2026. Después de esa fecha, lamentablemente, cualquier invitación sin respuesta tendrá que marcarse como “no asistirá” debido a las fechas límite establecidas por nuestros proveedores.

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending”. Para confirmar tu asistencia, haz clic en la pestaña RSVP aquí en nuestro sitio web e ingresa tu nombre. Todos los invitados incluidos en tu grupo aparecerán allí para que marques quién asistirá.

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME? ¿QUÉ SUCEDE SI NO CONFIRMO A TIEMPO?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Lamentablemente, no podremos acomodarte si confirmas tarde. Debemos proporcionar a nuestros proveedores y al lugar del evento un conteo exacto de invitados antes de una fecha específica. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? ¿A QUÉ HORA DEBO LLEGAR?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3:30pm, ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4pm, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter. We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly request all our guests to dress in black attire only. We hope you’ll love this personal touch as much as we do! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suit & tie with white button up’s or if you don’t have a suit a black button up will be perfect. We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you’ll see our vision come to life. No Jeans please!! ¡Nos encantaría que nuestros invitados se vistan elegantes con nosotros! Siguiendo con el tema de nuestra boda, pedimos amablemente que todos los invitados vistan únicamente de negro. ¡Esperamos que te encante este detalle tanto como a nosotros! • Damas: vestidos formales largos, a media pierna o de té. • Caballeros: traje y corbata con camisa blanca; si no tienes traje, una camisa negra será perfecta. WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE PICTURES AT YOUR WEDDING? ¿PODRÉ TOMAR FOTOS EN SU BODA?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! A Photo Booth will also be present! Tendremos una ceremonia desconectada (sin teléfonos ni cámaras). El mejor regalo que puedes darnos es estar completamente presente mientras decimos “sí, acepto”. Hemos contratado fotógrafos profesionales para capturar este momento y prometemos compartir las fotos tan pronto como las recibamos. Después de la ceremonia, ¡puedes tomar todas las fotos y videos que desees! También tendremos un Photo Booth disponible.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? ¿PUEDO LLEVAR A UN ACOMPAÑANTE?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding. Queremos mantener nuestra boda lo más íntima posible. Si recibiste un acompañante, aparecerá indicado en tu invitación y lo verás bajo tu nombre al confirmar tu asistencia en el sitio web. Agradecemos tu comprensión.

ARE KIDS INVITED? ¿LOS NIÑOS ESTÁN INVITADOS?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our immediate family. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements. Aunque adoramos a los pequeños, hemos decidido que tanto la ceremonia como la recepción sean solo para adultos. Esta regla excluye únicamente a los niños de nuestra familia inmediata. Of course! We ask all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can’t wait to celebrate accordingly! ¡Por supuesto! Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Right here on our wedding website is the easiest way to access our newlywed fund under the Registry tab! Aunque tu presencia es el mejor regalo que podríamos recibir, sabemos que algunos desean obsequiar algo físico. Our venue has a large parking lot with plenty of parking free of charge! ¡Nuestro lugar cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento gratuito con muchos espacios disponibles!
