Owned by Mo, one of our favorite neighbors, this cozy café offers a welcoming atmosphere and a menu filled with delicious, homemade favorites. Chee-Chee Club

Chee-Chee Club

Chee-Chee’s – Our Favorite Dive Bar If you're in the mood for something low-key and full of character, Chee-Chee’s is the spot. This no-frills, cash-only dive bar is one of our absolute favorites—Luis and I have shared many laughs (and ridiculously cheap drinks) here! It’s got strong pours, a colorful crowd, and a TouchTunes jukebox that’s always ready for your best playlist moment. Don’t expect anything fancy—just great vibes, friendly bartenders, and the cheapest drinks you’ll find in San Diego. Bring cash, grab a drink, and enjoy the charm of a true local watering hole!

Sunset Cliffs

Sunset Cliffs

Sunset Cliffs If you're looking for the perfect place to catch a breathtaking sunset, Sunset Cliffs is a must-see. This scenic coastal spot offers sweeping ocean views and rocky cliffs that make for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re walking along the bluffs, snapping photos, or simply soaking in the beauty, it’s the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature’s show as the sun dips below the horizon. Trust us, you won’t want to miss it!

Ocean Beach Pier

Ocean Beach Pier

1850 Ocean Front Street, San Diego, CA 92107

Ocean Beach – Laid-Back Vibes & Local Charm Ocean Beach (or “OB” as the locals say) is one of San Diego’s most beloved beach neighborhoods, known for its bohemian spirit, vintage SoCal charm, and welcoming community. It’s the kind of place where surfers, artists, and free spirits come together—perfect for a relaxed afternoon or a breezy sunset stroll. If you’re arriving early, don’t miss the Ocean Beach Farmers Market on Wednesday evenings from 4–8 PM along Newport Avenue. It’s a lively mix of fresh produce, handmade goods, global eats, and live music. For our fellow dog lovers, Dog Beach is a must-visit. It’s one of the first official leash-free beaches in the U.S., where pups can run free and splash in the surf. Whether you're grabbing a breakfast burrito, browsing quirky shops, or watching the sun melt into the ocean, OB is full of little moments that make you feel right at home.
