How Early Can Guests Arrive To The Venue Day-Of?

Answer

Guests can arrive on the property starting at 3pm and will be directed by event staff to the Ceremony Gardens.

Where Do Guests Park Upon Arrival?

Answer

There’s a large parking lot directly across King Street from the venue that guests are welcome to use. Cars may also be left overnight if needed.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

A Little of Both! Our wedding celebration will be a beautiful blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony will take place under the charming Garden Pavilion. Cocktail hour will be enjoyed throughout the Gardens and the indoor Atrium, giving guests the freedom to mingle wherever they feel most comfortable. The reception will be held indoors in the ballroom, with access to an outdoor area for fresh air and conversation under the stars. Is the venue walkable from the recommended hotel, The Yorktowne?

Answer

Yes! The Bond is a short walk (700 ft) from the hotel! This is another reason why we love this location! 😊

Can I check in early at The Yorktowne?

Answer

The hotel will try to accommodate early check in to the best of their ability (as capacity allows). Guests can call the front desk early that afternoon to check on the status of their rooms, or use the Hilton app to digitally check in. If guests' rooms are not ready before the ceremony, the hotel will hold bags at the front desk.
