Alex and Ava have been friends since pre-school. The majority of Ava's best childhood memories are with Alex! Alex attended the University of Florida before earning her MBA from UCF in 2021. When Alex is not enjoying a nice sangria on the beach, she mentors youth in STEM programs or is traveling to music festivals, cool cities, etc.
Chase Liddon

Chase has known Ava since freshman year of high school and Lou since freshman year of college. In fact, Chase is actually how the bride and groom met! He participated in the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech with Lou before commissioning in the U.S. Navy. Chase is an accomplished Officer, world traveler, and lifelong friend.

Angelica was Ava's first friend in high school- and continues to be one of the best people Ava knows! Angelica is truly the funniest, most altruistic human there is. She has lived all over the U.S., traveling with work for the DoD related to refugee placement and support. Everyone needs an Angelica in their life!
Amber Wilson

Amber was Ava's roommate of two years in college and is a lifelong sister. Ava met Amber her first night at ECU and forced her to go out with their group of friends. From Still Life fish bowls to trying on wedding dresses, they have been through it all together! Amber lives in North Carolina with her boyfriend, Z.B., and their two precious pups. She is the most fun, most loyal friend and Ava is blessed to have her in life!
Haley Jo Davies

Haley Jo was Ava's college roommate and became one of her best friends! Haley Jo graduated from ECU with a double major in Communication and Political Science. She currently manages teams across the country to examine, prevent, and manage environmental waste from new construction. Haley Jo has the most precious little girl, Skylar, with her amazing husband, Bob! Haley Jo is the most accepting, fun-loving person you'll ever meet- and Ava is so grateful to have her in life!
Jeff Lidawer

Jeff "Jeffy", was one of Lou's shipmates and first friends in San Diego. Lou and Ava love Jeffy and his wife Gail, both of whom they consider lifelong friends. Jeff is one of the toughest, most resilient people in the world and Lou and Ava love him to bits! Jeff surfs, plays guitar, cooks, and makes killer espresso. He is also one of the only people who openly shares Ava's love of sitting- anywhere, anytime. Also- Billie is obsessed with licking his toes.
Gail Bova

Gail is one of Ava's first friends when she moved to San Diego! Gail and Ava have bonded over their shared love of crafting, being Navy spouses, and general affinity for margaritas. Gail is a wonderful artist, hilarious person, and world traveler. Gail has lived abroad in Senegal, and worked with both nonprofits and government agencies to provide services and resources to refugee families.
Aidan Kuester

Aidan graduated from the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech with Lou and currently serves as a U.S. Marine. Lou and Aidan have been close friends since Lou met him walking out of the woods holding a 30-rack of beer- since then they've been inseparable! Aidan has lived all over the world, loves reading, has a gorgeous wife, and is truly the sweetest human ever. It wouldn't be our wedding without him!

Alicia and Ava first met at the Virginia Tech Military Ball- then went on a week-long Spring Break trip where they became forever friends! Alicia is truly the most inspiring human- from her dedication to living life on her terms, to her commitment to her animals, and her pursuit of photography. She is the life of the party and one of the best people you will ever meet! Alicia and Ava also have near identical taste in clothes, home decor, etc. Lou and Ava also share an anniversary with her and Aidan (March 13th)!

Rob "Robby" Keehfuss became Lou's shipmate and lifelong buddy in San Diego! Robby is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, an accomplished naval Officer, and one of the warmest, sweetest people you will ever meet! He has a gorgeous wife, Emily, and a rescue dog named Kiko.

Ava and Aubrey have been each other's ride or dies since Freshman year A.P. Human Geography. Aubrey is a Virginia Beach native, graduate of Virginia Tech, and currently lives in D.C. with her amazing boyfriend, Aldwin! Aubrey is one of Ava's biggest role models in life- she is an avid foodie and world traveler, and one of the most down-to-earth people ever. Ava and Lou adore her and are so grateful for her!
Anthony Milazzo

What is there to say about the man, the myth, the legend, the Milazzo? Anthony first met Lou in San Diego on the Makin Island, and has since become a permanent fixture in Ava and Lou's lives. If you see a crowd randomly laughing hysterically at the reception- chances are Anthony is at the center, saying something hilarious. Originally from Chicago, Anthony is a lover of all-things baseball, finance, and an avid lego-builder. He currently lives in San Diego with his equally-charming exceptionally gorgeous girlfriend, Meg!
Steve Kang

Steve and Lou met during their time in the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech, and have been close friends ever since. Steve is the life of the party, and serves as an Officer in the Air Force. He is an avid marathoner, gamer, and foodie. He currently lives in Texas with his gorgeous, accomplished, all-around spectacular wife, Marcella! Steve has been around since the beginning of Ava and Lou, and they couldn't imagine their special day without him as a groomsmen!

Torii and Ava have been close friends since high school! Torii has always inspired Ava to be true to herself, embrace creativity, and is one of the most loving, supportive friends a person could have! The bridal party wouldn't be complete without Torii, as she has the best calming presence. Ava and Torii are lifelong friends, and the bride is so grateful to have Torii stand by her on this special day!
