We are tying the knot in Mexico City “El Zocalo”! Details on the ceremony and reception venues can be found on our Wedding Details page.
We ask that you RSVP by no later than August 31st. Please check the RSVP page and make sure to choose a dinner option. In the case you RSVPd yes but suddenly can not attend we ask that you notify either Alexis or Luis directly.
Yes! If you are traveling internationally, make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Trust us—you don’t want to be turned away at the airport!
The wedding is on Friday January 30th, 2026, but we recommend arriving at least a day or two early to settle in and maybe even enjoy a margarita with us before the big day. Feel free to extend your stay—we would love to hang out!
We are so excited to celebrate with everyone, however, due to venue limitations and our guest list we are only able to accommodate individuals listed on the invitation. If you have any questions regarding bringing a guest or a person not listed on the invitation, please contact either Luis or Alexis directly.
As much as we adore your children, due to the nature of our destination wedding and travel logistics, we are planning an adult only celebration. We hope this can be a relaxing get-away for you. Thank you for understanding.
We kindly request black tie optional attire. Suits for men and formal full-length gowns for women. Think old Hollywood with colorful accents.
Transportation to the venue will not be necessary given that the venue is walking distance from most Hotels in the Zocalo. Transportation will be needed if you choose to stay in another area such as Polanco, Roma Norte or Condesa. Uber will be your best bet. Transportation from the airport can be arranged directly through the Hotel you are staying (most convenient). Like any other metropolitan cities, traffic is a factor so please plan accordingly
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Historico Central and Hotel Downtown Mexico for a discounted rate. We have also listed hotels within walking distance that are just as fabulous and within the same price range. You’ll find the booking information on the Travel section of our website.
Please see the registry section of our website
Even though most credit cards work everywhere, we recommend bringing some cash for vendors, stores or any random knick knacks you find along the way. Its better to exchange currency at your bank or currency exchange prior to flying. Airport exchange rates aren’t always the best.
Most major carriers offer international plans. Check with your provider before traveling to avoid surprise charges.
The weather in January should be around 70 to 73 degrees Fahrenheit making it a perfect time to wear a nice suit and tie nevertheless, please do check the weather before you finish packing your bags.
