Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal or "cocktail" attire (for example: dresses or a skirt for women, a suit and tie for men, etc.) Out of respect for tradition, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing all white or similar colours. For those attending the ceremony in our church, out of respect for our Holy space, please wear modest attire that covers your shoulders and knees. We know you will look great!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is lots of parking available all day at the Coast Hotel, and some parking available around Holy Apostles Orthodox Church. The church and hotel are within walking distance of each other (around 15 minutes).

Do you have a wedding registry or cash fund?

Answer

Yes! We have both an Amazon registry, and cash funds for our honeymoon and our "mattress" fund to buy a bed. Cheques can be made payable to "Maclean Strahl" or "Luisa Peters." For those wishing to give gift cards, we would love to receive gift cards for grocery stores (Safeway, Save On Foods, Fraser Valley Meats, Real Canadian Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart), Mark's, IKEA, the Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and Amazon.
