What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. Please plan to be seated at 4:15PM to avoid delaying the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Unless indicated on your invitation, please avoid bringing a plus one. We would love to keep an intimate celebration.

Where should I park?

Answer

Free on-site parking is available for all guests. You can also leave your car at the location overnight; it just needs to be removed the next morning. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites and plan to check in prior to the ceremony, shuttle services will be running from the hotel to the venue 3:00pm-4:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Our room block is at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo, approximately 15 minutes from our venue! There are also several nearby hotels. There will be a shuttle service for guests staying at the Embassy or hotels nearby. See information in "Travel" tab above.

Should I check into my hotel before the ceremony?

Answer

Most hotel check-in times are between 3PM-4PM. The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30PM. You may need to try calling your hotel to request an early check in if you are wishing to have plenty of time to check-in prior to the ceremony.
