Coffee Tour at Finca del Cafe
The venue hotel (Hotel Finca del Cafe) offers coffee tours everyday on the property. If you are interested, you can schedule a tour when you check in! Most guests will be taking the tour during the day on Friday.
Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal
Hot springs and pools located close to Santa Rosa. We will be planning to visit here on Thursday before the wedding with a large group. Let us know if you are interested in joining!
Santa Rosa de Cabal-Termales San Vicente
Natural hot springs and pools about a 45 minute drive from Santa Rosa up a beautiful mountain road with amazing views. Highly recommended!
Filandia
Filandia is a traditional pueblo (town) about an hour from Santa Rosa with beautiful views and lots of cool shops and restaurants. We highly recommend eating at Helena Adentro if you make the trip.
Salento
A traditional pueblo in the mountains very popular with backpackers and tourists. It is located at the entrance to the Valle de Cocora which makes it a nice place to spend the night before or after visiting the park.
Valle de Cocora
Part of the Los Nevados National Park, known for the Quindio Wax Palm which only grows there. You can explore the park by hiking or horseback riding. We just visited recently so if you plan to check it out let us know for recommendations.
Los Nevados National Park
Large national park in the Colombian Andes known for snow-capped volcanoes and it's biodiversity including Andean Condors. This would be a bit more of a trek from Santa Rosa and a guide is recommended for most of the hikes.
