I started training a week before him and for his first 'real' shift I was placed to watch over him on bar. Right from the get-go, I knew that he would be the culprit of oh, so many messes. Well, it turns out that I was right. My favorite memory is when he forgot to screw a top on a whip cream he was making and shook it up spraying it all over the freshly cleaned counters during the very end of a closing shift. But, I could never be mad; I was too busy laughing as I helped him clean up.
