Our story began in April 2021, when a swipe on the dating app Hinge in New York City led to our first date—and the beginning of something amazing. From rock climbing adventures and music festivals to spontaneous weekend trips and pottery classes, we quickly discovered a love for goofing around and exploring the world together. Since then, we’ve wandered through Colorado’s mountains, walked for miles in Portugal and Spain, soaked up the sun in Mexico, and eaten way too much pasta in Italy. In July 2022, we traded East Coast skyscrapers for West Coast weather and sunsets and moved into our first apartment together in Campbell, California. On October 12, 2024, Tyler popped the question in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains—and Jess said yes! Just a month later, we adopted our four-legged adventure buddy, Bart, who’s been along for the ride ever since.
