When should I RSVP by?

Please rsvp by September 1st, 2019 via the email provided with your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. We ask that everyone is in their seats by 3:25. Arrival times for the ceremony can start as early as 3:00.

Are you having an Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

Yes. For those unaware, an unplugged ceremony is when you ask your family, friends and guests to turn off their phones, ipads, cameras and other digital distractions during the ceremony to be fully present during this special time. Another important reason is that we have a wonderful woman taking photos for us and we would love for all our guests to be visible in the photos, not hidden behind an electronic. We thank everybody for respecting our wishes.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code style is dressy casual. Men may wear slacks and a collared shirt, ties being optional. Ladies may wear cocktail style dresses or slacks/skirt and a blouse. *Cowboy boots are encouraged, suits are not*

Is it open bar?

Answer

Beer and wine are considered open bar. Hard alcohol for mixed drinks will be a cash bar. There is an ATM on the premises for your convenience.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking area in front of the reception hall. Follow the signs at the entrance to park.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Target and through Zola. You can find our registry link in the “Registry” section of this site. Target will be listed under “other registries.”
