On June 9th, 2016, Emily and her Mom (Kris) briefly visited Charlotte, NC to look for an apartment. While checking out the dating pool on a few apps, she stumbled upon a guy working for NASCAR as a graphic designer. Emily decided to swipe right with a "Super Like". Harris also swiped right. The two had their first conversation where they made puns about fonts. Harris & Emily's Futura was extremely promising and love was in the Arial!
