Question

When should I look out for an RSVP?

Answer

You can expect to receive your formal RSVP request in early January, and we kindly ask that you respond by the end of February. We know it’s a bit early, but we’re so excited and wanted to share this information with our family and friends as soon as possible! We truly appreciate your help in planning ahead. As we continue with the wedding planning journey, please feel free to reference this website for any updates or new details. We’ll keep it updated so you have all the information you need.

Question

Should I expect an indoor or outdoor venue?

Answer

Our wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, giving us the flexibility to adapt to the weather. Ideally, we plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, with the reception taking place inside. However, the venue also has the ability to move the ceremony indoors if needed, so rest assured the celebration will go on, rain or shine!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, we'd like to kindly request that all guests follow a formal dress code. This means attire should be elegant and sophisticated. We also ask that no one wear white, as that is reserved for the bride. Given the outdoor venue, please wear shoes that are suitable for the setting—wide heels or dressy flats are ideal, as stilettos might be challenging on grass or uneven ground. Keep in mind that our wedding will take place in May in Florida, so we recommend choosing lighter colors and breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the warmer weather. Question

What kind of weather should I prepare for?

Answer

Our wedding will take place in early May in Florida, so the weather can range from the low 70s to the mid 80s. We’re hoping to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting, but we’ll be keeping an eye on the forecast as the date approaches. We kindly ask that our guests do the same and come prepared for the potential warmth. Of course, thoughts and prayers for good weather are always greatly appreciated—let’s all hope for a beautiful, sunny day!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In an effort to keep our ceremony and reception as intimate as possible. Only the number of guests indicated on your RSVP are invited to celebrate with us. We are thankful to have you join us on our special day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to our ceremony by 4pm on May 2nd. We cannot wait to get started and would appreciate everyone's punctuality.
