Transportation & Lodging

Hotel

Residence Inn Kingston

800 Frank Sottile Boulevard, Kingston, NY 12401

Wiley and Lucy are encouraging guests to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston. We will have transportation to the venue and back to this hotel on the day of the wedding. See below for more details. There are also plenty of Airbnbs and boutique hotels in the area, if that is more your speed, but please see the note regarding transportation below. There is no parking at the venue! If you have any issues, please text Wiley at 203-885-6306.

Shuttle

Transportation to Ceremony/Reception

May 16, 2026 3:00 pm

The wedding will be held in Lucy's aunt and uncle's backyard (5 Raycliffe Drive). THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING AT THE VENUE. Please note: It's a fairly rural area, so Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available but tend to be unreliable in the area. All guests should plan to take the provided transportation! Shuttle buses will transport wedding guests to and from three central locations in Woodstock: The Residence Inn Kingston, the Hotel Dylan, and the community parking lot on Rock River Road (directly across the street from the Colony). If you'd prefer to stay at an AirBnB, please drive to the community lot where folks can leave their cars. The shuttle will pick you up from there! Exact bus timing details are coming shortly. If you have concerns about accessibility, please let Lucy and Wiley know, and we will work it out!

Train

Amtrak

One of the easiest ways to get to Woodstock is by taking the Amtrak to Rhinebeck! If you book in advance, it will be around $30 (but can get pricey if you wait until a month out). It's a lovely route up the Hudson, so be sure to grab a seat by the window!

Flight

Albany International Airport

For folks flying in from out of state, the closest airport to fly directly into is Albany International Airport. This is about an hour drive from the venue, so you may also want to consider flying into NYC and driving or taking the Amtrak.
