We went out for dinner at our local Mexican restaurant. Tori ordered a Coors Light and a Burrito California and I ordered a Pepsi (I wasn't even 21 yet!) and Chicken Fajita Nachos. Dinner went well enough that Tori invited me to hang out at her apartment afterwards, we sat out on her back porch talking all night. We have been inseparable ever since! (Fun fact, for our first anniversary Tori lead me on a scavenger hunt ending at this restaurant. When I got there she was sitting in the very same booth we sat in on our first date, and had ordered all of the same food from that night, too.)

We were in Orlando, Florida for vacation with my (Lucy’s) family. We travelled to Cocoa Beach for the day to breathe some fresh sea air in the middle of a cold winter for us Ohioans. Tori asked me to walk to one of the nearby shops with her and as we were walking on the boardwalk she stopped me in the most beautiful spot of the whole beach and asked me to spend forever with her. Obviously I said YES!
