How do we pay for our accommodation?

What If we want to find our own private accommodation?

Answer

Please speak with us, we know this might be the case and we understand but we have specifically organised rooms to cater for all our loved ones. Please have a conversation with us before making any decisions.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Only the guest clearly stated on the invite, due to the nature of our arrangements we have had to be really specific with numbers meaning we cannot add any additional guests, we hope you understand and know that you will be surrounded by so many of our nearest and dearest.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We love all your children but we have decided that only a few select children will be invited to the weekend celebrations. If the invitation is not addressed to them we kindly ask you arrange child care.

Do we have to stay until Monday?

Answer

No, you are welcome to leave on the Sunday if this better suits your schedule, we understand some guests may have work commitments.

Will there be food for children?

Answer

We will provide food for the whole weekend with every guest in mind, if your children have any favourite snacks please bring these with you to avoid any disappointment.

What do we need to bring?

Answer

If you are staying at the Courtyard Barns and intending to use the swimming and hot tub facilities you must bring your own swim towel. Towels for bathing will be provided but these are not to be used in the pool or hot tub areas. There are three highchairs on site and three travel cots but please bring linen for the cot. Please bring anything you think children might need, there are some games, books and toys provided but it would be wise to bring a few of your own.
