Flight
If you're flying into New Orleans, you'll get to enjoy our brand-new airport featuring all local restaurants and vendors. It's a relatively small airport but there are usually a few options for traveling from major cities. The airport is located about 30 minutes west of the city. The easiest way to get downtown is to grab an Uber or a Lyft. When you walk out the main doors, you'll see the line for Uber to your right and Lyft to your left. The rideshare platforms use the system where you get in line, receive a code, then match it up to the driver when you're at the front of the line. Rides from the airport into the city cost a standard $36.
Travel Note
If you're driving to New Orleans, there's ample street parking around the city and all three of the hotels have on-site parking. If you're flying, you probably don't need to rent a car while you're here. The city is pretty small and there's always an available rideshare. You can also try out one of the historic streetcars on St. Charles Avenue or Canal Boulevard.
